What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable automation workflows combining AI, APIs, and enterprise systems, especially for customer support, reporting, and business operations. I want greater ownership of automation strategy and high-impact process improvement.

I build intelligent end-to-end workflow systems that help organisations replace manual processes with efficient, data-driven automation.

I've designed automation projects for lead generation and outreach, proposal generation and delivery, AI content generation and publishing, reporting dashboards, invoice processing, and voice-based customer support. My workflows use n8n and Make.com to connect data, APIs, notifications, and business systems reliably.

I focus on modular, production-ready solutions with validation layers and error handling that catch inconsistencies early.

What excites me most is turning complexity into clarity: bringing tools, systems, and data together so teams can spend less time on repetitive work and more time on what matters.
