At BestComp Group, I progressed through technical engineering and infrastructure support responsibilities to become Head of Datacenter Support Sub-Unit. I oversee complex support, implementation, maintenance, and escalation across enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, SAN, and backup environments.
I remain hands-on with production infrastructure, from diagnostics and installation to commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting. My work includes HPE compute and storage platforms and VMware private cloud environments.
I coordinate SAN, backup, and recovery work using Brocade, Cisco, Veeam, and HPE StoreOnce technologies. I also support technical planning, solution selection, deployment, modernization, and customer-facing discussions, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis and service continuity.
My credentials include VMware VCAP certifications, four HPE Master ASE credentials, and Expert Achiever 2026 recognition within a portfolio of more than 80 vendor credentials and technical qualifications. I have supported enterprise infrastructure deployments and operations for banking, telecommunications, government, and commercial customers in Azerbaijan.
