At DAFY Pvt. Ltd., I engineered Python pipelines to clean and structure chauffeur booking logs, then analyzed patterns in driver dead mileage and ride cancellations to identify operational leaks.

I also developed SmartTicketRouter, a multi-agent workflow that classifies, prioritizes, and routes IT tickets. My projects include analyzing e-commerce retention and churn across transactional records using Excel and Power Query.
