I translate RFPs and client challenges into delivery, staffing, effort, and pricing models, working closely with sales, operations, service delivery, and technical teams to move solutions smoothly into execution.

Previously, I spent more than 11 years at Mphasis designing managed infrastructure solutions across cloud operations, digital workplace, service desk, network services, data center operations, and infrastructure transformation. I've supported solution defenses, governance reviews, customer discovery, and transformation initiatives for banking, e-commerce, airline, automotive, and US-based clients.

My foundation includes delivery leadership at Wipro, Xavient Information Systems, and HCL Comnet, covering data center migrations, Unix administration, platform and storage support, incident and change management, audits, and team mentoring. I'm PRINCE2, ITIL, and Agile Scrum Master certified.
