At NPCI, I standardized GitOps-based CI/CD across 500+ instances and introduced blue/green and canary deployments, reducing deployment failures by 40% and manual intervention by 85%. I also automated infrastructure provisioning across AWS, Azure, and GCP with reusable Terraform and Terragrunt modules.
I managed EKS for more than 100 microservices and helped maintain 99.9%+ uptime. During a live UPI latency spike, I identified PostgreSQL connection pool saturation using Prometheus and ELK, deployed PgBouncer, and reduced MTTR from 45 to 35 minutes with zero recurrence.
