I am a DevOps and reliability-focused engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting performance engineering, observability, and automation for multiple SaaS platforms. My work focuses on improving system scalability, stability, and predictability by identifying risks early using metrics, logs, traces, and controlled failure and load testing.

I have hands-on experience building and operating automated validation pipelines and executing large-scale load and stress tests (up to ~20K concurrent users) to uncover throughput limits and scaling bottlenecks before release. I contributed to improving observability by operationalizing Golden Signal metrics, enabling ~50% faster detection of performance regressions during high-traffic and failure scenarios.

I regularly collaborate with backend, platform, and database teams to diagnose JVM, Redis, and database bottlenecks, validate system behavior under peak traffic, and support safe, data-driven release decisions. My background in performance and reliability engineering helps reduce production risk and improve overall service resilience.

I am particularly interested in cloud-native systems, Kubernetes-based environments, and reliability-aware operations, and I am actively growing toward DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Systems Engineering roles where automation, incident thinking, and operational maturity are core responsibilities.
