At StepSetGo, I resolved a production issue that caused incorrect membership downgrades for ~29K users by investigating the cause, fixing the plan-status logic, and running a recovery script. I also added diagnostic logging to help identify future issues.
I’ve designed features across payments, activity tracking, notifications, and organization dashboards at StepSetGo. Previously, at Consint.ai, I developed features for a Hospital Provider Management System serving 50+ healthcare providers and built document management and data-ingestion workflows.
