I’m a technology analyst with 4+ years of client-facing delivery experience on international banking platforms serving 60,000+ active users and processing 10,000+ daily transactions. I translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions and help teams ship to production with strong SLA adherence.

In delivery, I turn pressure into progress—like proposing a UI-disable solution for an urgent client feature freeze and delivering a production-ready fix in 3 days versus weeks. I also spotted multi-step navigation friction and championed a Global Search feature that was approved by business stakeholders and shipped to production, reducing navigation from 4+ steps to 1.

On the build side, I create and maintain responsive, component-based React UIs and integrate REST APIs while optimizing frontend performance for large user bases. I also support backend needs with Python and FastAPI, using SQL (joins, CTEs, subqueries) for dashboards, reporting, and production reliability.

I’m especially proud of owning the full incident cycle—triage, RCA, fix coordination, and client communication—while maintaining consistent SLA targets. I’ve mentored and led a 4-engineer team, and I’m now seeking a role where that product instinct becomes the job.
