I’m looking for a Backend/DevOps role where I can build scalable, production-ready systems—optimizing performance, reliability, and deployment automation—while working on impactful products like DICOM workflows and modern web platforms.

I’m a Backend Developer & DevOps Engineer focused on building production-grade systems that perform under real clinical load. At XCENTIC, I designed and deployed a full-stack DICOM PACS platform with advanced filtering and multi-role workflows, supporting 200K+ imaging studies and ~70K studies/month.

I optimize performance end-to-end—using MongoDB compound indexing, cursor-based pagination, and event-driven real-time updates to cut query latency from ~800ms to <80ms and reduce redundant API traffic by 70%+. I also architected an ingestion and storage pipeline integrating Orthanc and cloudflare S3, delivered 99.99% uptime for 15TB+ of DICOM data, and automated releases with CI/CD and containerized deployments.
