Previously, I worked as an Engineer (Instrumentation) at J K Cement Ltd. and as an Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer at Ultratech Cement. My work included commissioning, shutdown execution, and instrumentation and control maintenance.
I troubleshoot VFDs, weighing systems, DCS and PLC logic, and field instrumentation. I also plan preventive and predictive maintenance, use SAP HANA for spares planning and inventory control, and received a Power and Energy Optimization award for improving power factor.
