Before Vizva, I progressed from AR Executive to Team Mentor at eHealthSource Services India, where I trained associates on claims processing, denial management, and payer-specific billing guidelines. I also reviewed escalated claims, resolved complex denials, conducted quality audits, and supported onboarding.

I've spent more than six years working across medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance claims follow-up, payment workflows, clearinghouse rejections, and Medicare guidelines. I work closely with billing and coding teams to reduce aging AR, correct rejected claims, and improve reimbursement outcomes.
