At Kapture CX, I contribute to the Voice Bot platform, integrating speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI for real-time calls. I built a browser-assisted voice bot demo that uses voice commands to click and fill forms, and a Python tool that analyzes latency across real client calls.
I also built a Docker-based Whisper transcription toolkit for generating ML training data and a monitoring dashboard using React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL. Outside work, I built a Redis-driven WebSocket hub and a crop disease prediction app using classical and quantum machine learning.
