What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build end-to-end AI systems for medical imaging and RAG applications—clean pipelines, strong preprocessing/segmentation workflows, and practical deployment (FastAPI + lightweight inference) with reproducible experiments.

I build ML pipelines for medical imaging at Proxmed Pty Ltd, taking DICOM through preprocessing, tensors, and into model-ready inputs. I’ve developed segmentation assistance, metadata classification, and anomaly detection using TensorFlow/Keras and PyTorch.

I also create reusable preprocessing libraries so experiments and training are reproducible. On the LLM side, I’ve built RAG tools (LangChain) for summarization, clinical data extraction, and structured generation.

Earlier, as a Proxmed intern, I created ML-ready clinical datasets with augmentation, windowing, normalization, and grayscale extraction, and shipped inference-ready FastAPI services using lightweight models (TFLite/ONNX). I enjoy working end-to-end—from preprocessing and annotations to deployment.
