I've built AI-driven test automation and validation workflows at Catalyst Brands (JCPenney), using Claude Code, GitHub MCP, and GitHub Copilot to automate API chaining, regression validation, and reporting for payments workflows.
Across IBM Global Services, Oracle Cerner Healthcare, Wabtec, SLK Software, and Catalyst Brands, I've automated web, mobile, API, backend, performance, and transaction testing for payments, healthcare, transportation, telecom, and retail systems. I've validated authorization, refunds, reversals, settlement processes, POS devices, and card-network routing across Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.
