I am an analytical finance professional with strong experience in equity research, financial modelling, and real estate data analysis. I combine rigorous quantitative skills with clear communication to produce actionable investment insights and client-ready reports.

During a contract with MSCI I worked on index creation, global real estate data handling, and advanced data cleaning and quality assurance, delivering reliable datasets and client reporting under tight deadlines. I have built dynamic three-statement models, performed DCF and comparable valuations, and conducted scenario and sensitivity analyses for investment decisions.

Academically, I hold a BCom in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, cleared CFA Level I, and pursued post-graduation in Financial Analysis. I have authored research on Foreign Institutional Investment trends in India and produced a comprehensive equity research report on PepsiCo.

I am a collaborative team player who prioritizes continuous learning, compliance awareness, and practical problem-solving. I am currently progressing toward CFA Level II and seek roles where I can apply my modelling, data, and reporting skills to drive investment or product decisions.
