I improved ETA accuracy by 40% by incorporating live traffic, weather overlays, and carrier delay signals. I also delivered a GPS-telemetry tracking layer that reduced inbound status enquiries by 25%.
For product discovery and delivery, I ran stakeholder interviews, wrote PRDs and user stories, and supported three major releases. I built Power BI dashboards with SQL and Power Query that reduced daily status compilation from 90 minutes to under 20.
