I lead India’s BRICS 2026 ICT Track at the Department of Telecommunications, authoring Ministerial text and negotiating digital cooperation priorities across 11 member states. As an official delegate, I help advance India’s positions on Digital Public Infrastructure, future networks and Global South capacity building.
I’ve shaped telecom and digital-governance work spanning ITU candidatures, WTSA 2024 positioning, Direct-to-Mobile broadcasting, MSME telecom participation and Digital Bharat Nidhi evaluations. I’ve also delivered international training on digital inclusion and applied AI through ITU programmes.
Earlier, I maintained telecom and electronics supply-chain continuity at Veira Electronics and spent five years at State Bank of India translating financial-inclusion policy into branch-level execution. My work combines policy drafting, regulatory analysis, public procurement, executive briefing and cross-sector stakeholder engagement.
