At Mindgate Solutions, I work on agentic AI and workflow automation across fintech, including TARA, an end-to-end hiring platform. I built configurable resume screening that processes up to 200 resumes per batch 10× faster than manual review, and developed real-time voice interviews that save each interviewer 24 hours per month.
I also helped take Mindgate’s UAP Switch and NPCI-certified Acquiring Entity live, delivering India’s first agent-initiated UPI payment in production. On other Mindgate projects, I built tools for payment incident investigation and natural-language analytics, cutting data retrieval from more than 1.5 hours to 60 seconds.
