At Jo Academy, I build AI-powered backend services with Python and FastAPI, including RAG pipelines, chatbot architectures, AI agents, and API integrations. I containerize applications with Docker and use Langfuse to support monitoring and AI observability.
I also developed a privacy-first, stateless REST API for perinatal mortality case prioritization that was adopted by Jordan’s Ministry of Health and integrated into national surveillance workflows. My earlier work at Jo Academy spans delivery operations, payment reconciliation, customer databases, and resolving logistics challenges.
