Abd-Elrhman Salah

I’m a software engineer specialized in backend systems, low-level programming, and service architecture. I build scalable APIs and performance-oriented C systems, with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.

In my Software Development Intern role at 42Amman, I designed and implemented backend services and system-level applications. I built a custom HTTP/1.1 web server in C with reverse proxying, load balancing, and CGI execution, and I developed containerized infrastructures using Docker and Nginx.

I also care about secure delivery—contributing to secure coding practices and participating in cybersecurity-focused development. That mindset shows up in how I structure services, validate behavior, and keep systems production-ready.

My projects reflect my interests in practical systems and applied intelligence: I created an AI-Based Mortality Case Review System with a statistical and rule-based prioritization engine and FastAPI REST APIs. I’ve also engineered a custom HTTP server from scratch, containerized a WordPress stack with Nginx/MariaDB/Redis, and supported backend + video streaming for an E-Learning Platform.
