At Procter & Gamble, I build enterprise Power BI dashboards, SQL databases, and automated reporting solutions that connect SAP, WMS, LIMS, SharePoint, and operational data.

I created Daily Direction Setting dashboards that eliminated more than 1,000 hours of manual reporting each year and generated approximately $350K in annual savings. I also developed a Voice of the Customer Power Apps platform for 30+ Canadian customers and executive KPI scorecards for logistics providers.

I've trained more than 200 employees across Canada on Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, and digital tools, helping teams make self-service analytics part of their daily work. As a QMS and LIMS subject-matter expert, I support data governance, migrations, audits, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement.

Earlier at Qatar's Anti-Doping Laboratory, I led laboratory process improvements and helped develop MetAlign mass spectrometry search software. I bring experience translating operational needs into practical data products that strengthen quality, compliance, customer service, and performance.
