What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead data management and MEAL reporting using digital collection systems, strengthen data quality and accountability (CFRM/AAP), and turn complex datasets into dashboards that guide program decisions and learning.

I’m a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist with over 4 years of experience handling health, programming, and administrative data across medical and humanitarian organizations. I focus on accurately entering, verifying, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data—always with confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

In my current role as a Data National MEAL Officer (Coordination & Data Management), I coordinate and standardize MEAL frameworks, tools, and indicators across multi-sector programs in several states. I also lead the roll-out of digital data systems like Kobo Toolbox, manage centralized data systems and warehousing to protect data integrity, and consolidate/analyze multi-state results to support national-level reporting and adaptive programming.

Previously, as a Data Management Officer (DMO) at CCPRH, I designed and developed digital data collection tools using Kobo Toolbox, CommCare, and ODK to improve efficiency and reliability. I set up databases and maintained data warehouses, analyzed large datasets for actionable insights, and delivered regular analytical reports supported by data visualizations.

Earlier at Albarka Health Spring Foundation, I strengthened Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) systems by implementing complaint feedback and response mechanisms (CFRM). I conducted field visits, trained teams on accountability and confidentiality, and built interactive Power BI dashboards to track complaints, feedback trends, and program performance.
