I'm looking to build Zoho, AI, and cross-platform automations that remove manual work from sales and support operations.

At Nexzo Solutions, I build Zoho and AI-assisted automations that streamline sales and support operations. I architected a Zoho Desk knowledge-base recommendation engine in Deluge that matches ticket content to relevant articles for agents.

I’ve engineered n8n and Zapier workflows that cross-reference inbound emails with Google Sheets and route real-time sales notifications, replacing manual follow-ups. I also integrated third-party telephony with Zoho CRM for automated call logging and recording synchronization while preserving agent notes.

My work includes Zoho CRM lead-to-deal automation, custom dashboard widgets, Zoho Creator order forms with pricing logic, Zoho Analytics dashboards, and Argos-to-Zoho Inventory order and dispatch integrations. I build across Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, Inventory, and Analytics using Deluge, APIs, and webhooks.
