The problem: every missed call and unanswered message is a lost job. Most small home service businesses miss a quarter or more of their calls, because the owner's on a job, it's after hours, or it's the weekend, and those customers simply call the next business.

I joined Solution Pilot to build their SaaS product and evolved the role into full AI engineering as the product grew.
