I've supported quality assurance for RecruitBPM ATS & CRM and Hybrid Mediaworks, testing web and mobile applications through structured manual testing and release validation.
I create test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases; validate functionality, integrations, APIs, authentication, forms, e-commerce features, and end-to-end workflows. I work closely with developers and project managers to analyze requirements, manage defects in JIRA, investigate root causes, and improve QA processes.
I also validate UI/UX designs against Figma and Adobe XD, test cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, assess WordPress backend usability, and help ensure WCAG accessibility compliance.
