At SmartMinds, as an outsourced consultant at ELM, I’m delivering national-scale government platforms with .NET, Angular, and ArcGIS. On Saudi Properties, I developed most of the core features and led the GIS and mapping for the national portal.

I also delivered core workflows for Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate Registry, including property registration, transfers, and land merging or splitting. I built secure integrations with national systems and developed Python and ArcPy automation for spatial data processing and coordinate conversion.

At Stingray Consultation Limited, I built and maintained government and enterprise applications, including the Saudi National Water Company platform serving millions of users. I also developed case-management workflows and STC Channels data integrations.

At Esri Northeast Africa, I delivered GIS desktop and web applications for government and enterprise clients, and built a reusable ArcGIS report-generator widget deployed across multiple sites. Earlier, at Ahmed Farid Mustafa Consultants, I developed GIS applications and add-ins and worked on the Marsad national statistics platform.
