What I'm looking for

I want to work in a place where I can build and deploy ML models for healthcare and life-science problems, collaborate with strong teams, and keep growing through research. I’m especially excited about genomics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven decision support.

I’m a motivated BSc Bioinformatics graduate who’s now applying data science and computational biology skills to real-world AI products and research. With my background in genomics and biological data analysis, I focus on turning complex datasets into reliable models and clear insights.

In my current role as a Machine Learning Engineer at FlyRank AI (remote), I contribute to AI-driven initiatives including a crop disease detection mobile app and a hybrid skin disease diagnosis web application. I build and optimize deep learning models such as CNNs and EfficientNet-family architectures, working end-to-end from data pipeline to deployment.

Previously, I worked as a Data Scientist at Urban Unit Lahore (Punjab Government), where I collected, cleaned, and validated large-scale urban socio-economic datasets to support policy decision-making. I performed statistical trend and pattern analysis using Python and Excel, built a forecasting-oriented linear regression project for commodity price scenarios, and created dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. I also applied GIS-based spatial analysis to support urban planning tasks.

I bring that same research-driven energy into applied medical and bioinformatics projects—like DermaFusion, where I implemented an EfficientNetV2 CNN classification pipeline and deployed a Flask REST API for early-stage skin cancer detection. I’m passionate about the intersection of computational methods and life sciences, and I’m seeking an international Master’s program in Data Science or Bioinformatics to deepen my work in genomics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven healthcare.
