Designed and developed ITMASS V2, a full-stack telecom billing and carrier-reporting platform using Python/Flask, SQL Server, and web technologies. Built 50+ reporting modules integrating five SQL Server databases and developed rate-card matching for carrier traffic analysis.

Lead commercial and operational coordination with national operators, international carriers, and roaming partners. Manage interconnection and roaming workflows including agreements, billing, reconciliation, settlements, and dispute resolution.

Supported telecom transmission operations, including microwave-system software configuration and hardware installation. Coordinated teams and technical activities for transmission-engineering work and served as financial facilitator for fibre-optic deployment.

Completed a certification as a Certified Practitioner in International Roaming, Value Added Services & New Roaming Services in February 2023.

Completed a course on Taxation in October 2019.

Completed a course on Financial Performance Analysis in October 2019.

Pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Lincoln University College, Malaysia, from 2014 to 2015.
