At OCP Group, I developed an internal platform for the Human Capital function, bringing training planning, agent allocation, attendance, evaluations, reporting, and BI dashboards together.

I built data ingestion and ETL workflows with Python and Pandas to process HR and training data from Excel files. I also implemented data validation, normalization, reconciliation, and anomaly detection across the sources.

At Safran, I built ETL pipelines connecting SQL databases to Power BI and automated recurring reporting. I also developed REST APIs in C# to support data exchange between internal systems.
