Abdallah Ahmed

At Ain Shams University, I’m studying Computer Science and Information Systems, with an expected graduation in June 2027. My projects have covered software development, databases, and AI.

I built a local RAG application in Python that answers questions using health-information webpages from WHO, NIH, and NHS sources. I worked with document parsing and chunking, text embeddings, vector retrieval, and retrieved-context injection to ground generated answers.

My current Library Management System is a Java console application for managing books and members, searching, borrowing, and returns. I used Java collections and object-oriented design to manage records and validate availability.

I also developed a database-backed hotel booking application with C#, .NET WinForms, and Oracle Database, and implemented parser and memory-management components in other projects. As an HR Trainee at Applai Student Activity, Ain Shams University, I coordinated recruitment activities and candidate communications.
