I've run a small service business at Salon Lofts since 2013, serving as the primary point of contact for a diverse client base while managing scheduling and creating a calm, welcoming environment.

Across nearly two decades of client-facing work, I've built long-term community relationships through warmth, patience, and clear communication. I also trained junior staff, supported scheduling and daily operations at Fiesta Salons, and resolved concerns professionally in fast-paced settings.

I'm comfortable managing records, databases, phone and email communication, office supplies, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. My experience working with families and handling multiple requests makes me well suited to supporting a busy school office.
