What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and scale reliable products in a team that values clean architecture and great developer experience. I want to own backend-to-frontend delivery, lead migrations and reliability work, and ship measurable features—optionally with AI/ML.

I’m a results-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years architecting and scaling production systems across fintech, agri-tech, and health-tech. I’m proficient in Python (Django, Flask), Node.js, and cloud-native deployments on AWS and GCP, with a strong focus on clean architecture and developer experience.

I’ve led end-to-end builds and reliability improvements—from designing backend infrastructure for web and mobile apps to managing database migrations and platform upgrades. At heyfood.africa, I led migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL and introduced indexing and query optimization that reduced average API response time by ~40%.

I also integrate AI/ML into real-world products, including leading FarmyApp’s AI project from data collection through PyTorch model training to REST API deployment.
