I process and validate W-8 and W-9 documentation, support FATCA and CRS compliance, and analyze vendor invoices and payment transactions to determine correct withholding tax applicability, classification, and rates. I maintain data accuracy and compliance standards above 99% while meeting operational risk, control, and governance requirements.

I monitor tax regulations, implement process updates, and prepare Start-of-Day, End-of-Day, and process-control checklists to keep operations ready and on schedule.

I also support internal and external audits, resolve tax-related issues with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver training on tax documentation, withholding, reporting, and process controls. I bring a can-do approach to improving workflows, reducing compliance risk, and strengthening team capability.
