At Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Noida), I serve as a primary compliance and legal advisor for Accenture’s BPS/BPO service offerings, supporting pre-execution contract review and deal structuring across multiple jurisdictions. I assess contracts against approved BPO service scope, identify compliance risks, advise senior stakeholders on country-specific requirements, and manage the end-to-end procurement, renewal, and maintenance of entity-, branch-, and individual licensing for regulated services.

I also drive continuous improvement by translating complex regulatory requirements into practical operational guidance, authoring detailed playbooks and process documents to standardize compliance practices, and conducting targeted legal research on evolving regulatory landscapes. Previously, as a Contract Analyst at Pramata Knowledge Solutions, I reviewed and analyzed commercial contracts and improved contract management output quality within tight SLA timelines.
