I designed and developed CareOps, a full-stack SaaS platform for service business operations that supports 1,000+ concurrent users. Its unified inbox combines email, SMS, and web forms with real-time updates, reducing communication overhead by 60%.
For CareOps, I implemented booking management with calendar integration, automated reminders, and conflict detection. I also developed its secure JWT authentication and RESTful API backend using FastAPI and SQLAlchemy ORM.
I built MH Resilience Pro, a React dashboard that evaluates mental health resilience using Social Determinants of Health and AI insights. It includes prediction simulation and interactive data visualization, and I deployed it on Vercel.
