I've supported and maintained client-facing websites and applications as a Support and Maintenance Intern at Penguins app in Mumbai, troubleshooting issues and delivering fixes and enhancements.

I communicated directly with UK-based clients to understand technical requests and supported the full application lifecycle, from issue identification and development through testing, deployment, and post-deployment maintenance.

I've built a React.js Employee Directory System with search, filtering, employee management, authentication, and organization hierarchy visualization. I also developed a scalable Node.js and Express.js REST API for a Student Development System using MVC architecture, CRUD operations, validation, logging, and centralized error handling.

Alongside development, I've analyzed customer data with Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn to identify behavior, usage patterns, and churn factors. I'm interested in system design, scalable architecture, and cloud automation with AWS.
