I work as a Supply Chain Analyst focused on managing end-to-end activities across the value chain process. I optimize supply chain operations through tight coordination, careful validation, and a strong bias for efficiency.

In my current role, I draft and process sales contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders using SAP to keep transaction workflows seamless. I also generate and validate invoices by cross-verifying shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices to uphold compliance and accuracy.

I strengthen procurement and logistics outcomes by coordinating with third-party vendors and managing materials and vendor profiles through Exalca, a customized software integrated with SAP, to ensure accurate data synchronization. I have also gained hands-on experience in OTM through freight invoice processing.

I’m proud of operational impact like consolidating shipments to achieve cost savings and improve delivery efficiency. I support procurement through RFQ participation, build strong client relationships to manage requirements, and provide audit-ready administrative support—always with reliable, performance-driven execution.
