What I'm looking for

I am looking for an executive level role (Director and above) at a company that values employee safety and security. I am a SME in regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA) and wish to use that experience and expertise to mentor a team of professionals in a way that will accomplish the company’s goals and also support the long-term professional development of my team.

At Essendant, I direct environmental health, safety, security, and compliance strategy across 28 distribution centers serving 5,000+ employees. I built Powered Industrial Truck and NFPA 70E arc flash programs, lead emergency management through Everbridge, and manage a $1.5M security budget that I reduced by 30%.

Previously, I set EHS strategy at Curative across fixed facilities and hundreds of field sites, increasing incident reporting by 50% and closing 10 OSHA audits with zero financial penalties. My work spans healthcare, laboratories, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and field operations.
