I'm building practical analytics solutions that turn operational data into reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights. My work spans SQL, Python, Power BI, BigQuery, and Excel.
At Shadow Infosystem, I developed SQL queries with CTEs, window functions, and complex joins to transform operational data for business-performance reporting. I also ran data-quality checks, investigated discrepancies, and analyzed customer touchpoints and workflows to identify delivery bottlenecks.
At BharatPe, I evaluated more than 100 candidate profiles and modeled recruitment-funnel metrics in Excel to improve sourcing workflows. I also supported employee-retention analysis against business KPIs to refine talent acquisition and onboarding procedures.
Through projects in call-centre operations, workforce capacity, and hospital readmissions, I've built relational data models, automated cleaning and feature engineering, and created Power BI dashboards for operational and clinical KPIs. I've also applied Python for data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and predictive modeling in BCG's Data Science Job Simulation.
