Aanchal Kaamra

I'm currently a Senior Case Manager at Autism Centre for Excellence in Gurugram, where I manage IEPs, BIPs, progress reporting, clinical documentation, and individualised ABA programmes for learners with diverse needs.

I previously led centre operations at CogniAble in Noida as Supervisor & Centre Manager, overseeing therapy schedules, assessments, targeted intervention plans, and training for shadow teachers, parents, and junior therapists. I also supervised junior therapists under BCBA guidance and worked with multidisciplinary teams to adjust strategies and improve learning outcomes.

As an ABA Therapist at CogniAble, I delivered one-to-one therapy for neurodivergent children, supporting communication, social, and adaptive behaviour goals through DTT, NET, chaining, behaviour momentum, and verbal behaviour interventions.

I'm advancing my QABA Board certification and bring an MA in Clinical Psychology. I care deeply about child-centred communication, caregiver partnership, inclusive learning environments, and maintaining high clinical standards.
