I've delivered SailPoint identity governance and lifecycle automation for NFCU, Baxter International, First Republic Bank, and RGA across financial services and healthcare environments.
At NFCU, I led the onboarding of 15+ enterprise applications into SailPoint ISC and Okta, built automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows, and supported access certifications, entitlement reviews, and non-human identity governance. I also administered Okta and Active Directory environments and resolved complex provisioning, synchronization, authentication, and access issues.
At Baxter International, I designed SailPoint ISC solutions, migrated 50+ legacy roles into IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager, and collaborated on onboarding 20+ enterprise applications. My work supported HIPAA and SOX initiatives through RBAC, access reviews, audit reporting, provisioning controls, and secure access management for healthcare systems.
Earlier, I built SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, connectors, Java applications, REST APIs, and backend services at First Republic Bank and RGA. I bring hands-on experience connecting identity platforms with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Workday, LDAP, JDBC, ServiceNow, and cloud applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and API-driven automation.
