At Katalyst Software Services, I lead requirement workshops and turn business needs into BRDs, FRDs, functional flows, and production-ready digital lending systems. I’ve designed AI-driven KYC and Personal Discussion workflows, enhanced Bank Statement Analyzer capabilities with AML and fraud analytics, and configured rule-driven eligibility, income, FOIR, and risk decisioning.
I also lead Loan Origination System migration discovery, data and API mapping, and end-to-end UAT—from scenario design through validation—to support high-quality releases.
Previously at Rabbit and Tortoise Technology Solutions, I delivered requirements and workflows for web, mobile, ML-based credit scoring, and CRM products. I work closely with business, product, engineering, and QA teams to create requirements that hold up under real implementation.
