What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build production-grade agentic AI, machine learning, and analytics platforms, shaping technical architecture, AI roadmaps, engineering standards, and client-facing solutions.

At Softcrylic, I lead the architecture and backend for AudienceMatchAI, an AWS- and Python-based agentic AI audience segmentation and marketing platform. I lead a five-member cross-functional team and build AI agents for MMM, MTA, CLTV, audience segmentation, behavioural personas, and marketing strategy.

Previously, I built AI/ML solutions at Citi, General Mills, and L&T Infotech, spanning call classification, document tagging, sales forecasting, computer vision, NLP APIs, and analytics dashboards. I've worked across Python, AWS, LLMs, machine learning, deep learning, time-series forecasting, and cloud-native data platforms.
