I am a pharmacy-trained professional with hands-on retail and online dispensing experience and a background in medical sales and US healthcare claims processing.

As a Senior Pharmacist I managed drug storage and dispensing, online prescribing, and customer support for a pharmacy application, and later took bulk orders and supplied medicines and surgicals as a Medical Representative.

I completed targeted training in revenue cycle management and worked as a Claims Analyst handling claim adjudication, authorizations, adjustments, eligibility verification, denials, underpayments, and overpayments for US healthcare processes.
