What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, user-focused web applications and solve real-world problems through technology, while growing in software engineering, technical support, or software QA.

I'm pursuing a BCA in Computer Science at Babu Banarasi Das University while building scalable, user-focused web applications with MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Java.

At Niftel Communications, I handle 50+ daily Swiggy customer interactions across chat and voice, identify recurring escalation patterns, and strengthen the troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills I bring to software engineering, QA, and technical support work.
