At WeAre8, I redesigned the social platform’s feed system around pre-aggregated MongoDB feeds and an AWS Neptune social graph, reducing feed times from 400–1000ms to under 100ms for 30K daily users. I also optimized Neptune, cutting its cost by 50% and eliminating query timeouts and connection drops.

As technical lead, I have final say on backend architecture for a team of five, and I set up an agentic development workflow with Claude Code. I built a code graph indexer for Claude Code and have built and maintained .NET microservices using domain-driven design and event sourcing.
