At Dixoplex, I own architecture, development, and production support for property-technology products, working directly with the product owner. I reworked listing alerts so a run of around 450,000 personalized emails now sends at up to 20,000+ emails per minute.
I also built an in-house data extraction system with configurable scrapers and LLM-based document extraction. It reduced processing official gazette publications from around two days to around 20 minutes.
For a property management company, I designed and built a debt collection and reporting platform from scratch. Its automated monthly arrears reporting reduced work from several hours to a few minutes per property portfolio.
At Malue, I was the main developer on a cross-platform web and mobile application, building the Blazor web app, .NET MAUI mobile app, and admin portal on a shared component library. Earlier, at Anthill IT Studio, I was a Senior Software Developer / Team Lead and led two junior developers after launch.
