At Sigmaxyz, I supported a CargoWise global rollout for a freight forwarding subsidiary, covering sea and air freight, UK customs, and US warehousing. When four configuration gaps surfaced the day before go-live, I ran targeted tests and delivered a gap report and solution proposal, helping enable an on-time launch.
I also presented a client-designed CargoWise accounting approval workflow to 30 stakeholders, and the client adopted the workflow and CargoWise as its primary accounting system. On a major Japanese airline’s NDC project, I lead the Agg / Seller connection workstream, managing requirements, integration testing, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
