At Whist, I work embedded in client production environments including ReturnGo, YES, and a global online learning platform. I build and run AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and operate Kubernetes on EKS and on-premises.
For a fintech startup, I built a delivery platform from scratch: a highly available on-premises MicroK8s cluster, separate staging and production environments, and GitOps delivery. I moved workloads from plain Docker to CI/CD and added Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
I own deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Helm, and Argo CD. Blue-green and zero-downtime releases helped increase deployment frequency from weekly to several times a day; monitoring and incident response work brought MTTR down 50%.
I’ve also implemented SOC 2 controls, operated production PostgreSQL and MySQL on Amazon RDS, and integrated LLM inference into backend services using LiteLLM and the OpenAI API. Before moving into DevOps, I supported production systems for international trade at Bank Leumi, following five years in customer-facing production support.
