At ООО «ЭйТи Консалтинг», I built production infrastructure from scratch across two client projects, from server preparation to Kubernetes and production-service deployment. I raised system throughput from 500 to 3000 RPS and supported production environments through recurring failures and complex incidents.
I automated builds and Kubernetes deployments with GitLab CI, Argo CD, and Helm, and managed infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. I also reduced heavy PostgreSQL query time from 10 minutes to 4–5 seconds, and for almost a year I led a group of three DevOps engineers.
